Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty, skincare, or haircare products.
How to Request a Return Contact us at zynlo.brande@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
